1. No Refund on First Month Payment
All clients are informed that:
- The first month payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- This applies whether the campaign generates leads, sales, or no results at all.
- Digital marketing involves multiple external factors (market competition, audience behavior, budget, etc.), so results cannot be guaranteed in the first month.
2. Second Month Refund Policy
- If a client continues services and makes payment for the second month, and
- No leads or results are generated,
Then:
- The second month payment will be eligible for a refund.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days after completion of the second month.
3. Refund Conditions
Refund will only be processed if:
- The client has fully followed our recommended strategy.
- There has been no interference or early stopping of campaigns from the client’s side.
- All required materials (website, creatives, approvals, etc.) were provided on time.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund will not be provided if:
- The client stops campaigns midway.
- Required inputs or approvals were delayed by the client.
- Budget limitations or targeting restrictions were imposed by the client.
5. Processing of Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The refund will be credited through the original payment method or mutually agreed mode.
